The purpose of the World Outreach and Church-in-Society Department is to create and foster a world vision within the church and its many groups and to lead in planning and administering the world program of the church. Join us as we continue the excitement of our shared stewardship to support the worldwide missions and ministries of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) through the Disciples Mission Fund.The Disciples Mission Fund, formerly known as Basic Mission Finance, receives contributions from more than 2800 Disciples congregation to support the worldwide mission of the church.
Ridglea Christian contributes to many community service agencies both financially and through the work of our hands. We respond to need at home and around the world with the church budget, special day offerings, and the in-house Good Samaritan Fund.
